It is the responsibility of the subcontractors/vendors to review all bid documents issued for this project to provide a complete scope of work and cost proposal for their respective trade.
Additional Insured Endorsement Required: The Owner of this project; The Architect for this project; and WEAVERCOOKE, LLC, its officers, employees and all other parties required are named as an Additional Insured on primary and noncontributing basis as respects Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Umbrella Liability. It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor to contact their insurer to be made aware of any additional cost for the required endorsements. All costs should be included within submitted proposals.
